余林辉,男,汉族,1985年10月出生,中共党员,湖北黄冈人,教授,博士生导师。

二、学习经历

2004年9月-2008年6月,三峡大学生物科学专业,获理学学士学位。

2008年9月-2014年11月,中国科学技术大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。


三、工作经历

2014年12月-2016年10月,中国科学技术大学博士后。

2016年11月-2021年11月,美国布鲁克海文国家实验室博士后。

2022年1月至今,江南游戏中心教授。


四、研究方向

脂质作为细胞膜的主要组成成分和重要的信号分子,在动植物的生长发育以及应对环境胁迫中扮演重要角色,同时还是食用油、生物能源和化工原料的重要来源,与我们的健康和生活密切相关。我国食用油自给率低,对外依存度比较高,对植物脂质合成代谢和抗逆性进行系统研究以培育高油耐逆的作物新品种对维护我国粮油供给安全意义重大。课题组将综合运用遗传学、分子与细胞生物学、生物信息学,脂质组等研究手段,以拟南芥、油菜为材料,研究植物脂质合成代谢通路关键酶的调控机制,油体发生和代谢的分子机理,脂质合成代谢与非生物胁迫的互作,挖掘优异的基因资源,探讨提高油料作物油脂含量和抗逆性的方法,应用于油料作物的分子设计育种。


五、主持项目情况

2016年1月-2018年12月,主持国家青年科学基金项目,到位经费21万元。

2015年8月-2017年8月,主持中国博士后科学基金资助项目,到位经费8万元。

2016年1月-2018年12月,主持中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目,到位经费15万元。
